PAYMENT METHODS
Ordering Online
For online orders we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Personal Checks and Money Orders. With personal check and money order transactions, we will hold your online order until we have received your payment. In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible we ask that you please be sure to fill out all of the shipping information accurately and completely. Once you have submitted your online order using credit card or we have received your payment by check, you will be notified immediately that we have received it, and your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Ordering By Phone
For phone orders, we accept Visa, Master Card andDiscover. To order by phone, please have your complete order ready along with your credit card information. Phone orders can be made by calling (518) 576-9817 from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern time, Monday thru Saturday. If you receive a voice mail message, please leave a call back name and phone number, and we will contact you as soon as we return. (We are probably at a craft fair or farmers market.)
SHIPPING
All packages are sent via United States Postal Service, Priority mail, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
UPS shipping by special request only. Please make request when you complete your order via phone or email.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you order, please send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. When sending us returns, please provide a short explanation for the reason of return as well as your return address. When returning items, your refund will be issued via the original form of payment (credit card refund or check.) All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to Funny River Trading are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the result of our error. Returns should be mailed to:
